Minimum order value

$250 minimum order value (does not include shipping costs).

Payment

Terms are strictly pro forma (payment to be made within 14 days otherwise the order will be cancelled). Orders will be dispatched on confirmation of full payment.

Cancellation right

If a customer cancels a full or part order with us, we reserve the right to claim from the customer any consequential costs or losses. We further reserve the right to cancel an order ourselves if we are unable to supply for any reason beyond our reasonable control

Returns

No goods may be returned without the written agreement of the company.

Accuracy of content

Signare has taken every possible care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described.
If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. All images used are mainly for illustrative purposes.
The images are made to represent the colors and design pattern as best that is possible.
However, pattern layout may vary due to the cut of the tapestry material so images may not replicate the product pattern exactly. Sizes are approximate and may vary - therefore, measurements and images are supplied for guidance only.

Product fault

Our goods are guaranteed against defective workmanship. If a product is found to be faulty we have the right to replace only the product or refund accordingly to our satisfaction. We do not replace or refund if goods are deemed wear and tear or excessive abuse

Claims

The customer must notify us for confirmation of missing or damaged goods. Damaged deliveries must be photographed. All goods must be examined on receipt and all damages or shortages must be informed to us within 3 days of the delivery

Proof of purchase

Please retain your ‘Parcel Summary’ document which is a proof of purchase and will validate the data from which your guarantee will start. It is essential to keep your ‘Parcel Summary’ document to preserve the guarantee.
